A crisis situation can affect children and adolescents in their development. The symptoms are diverse and range from anxiety disorders, social withdrawal and sleeping disorders to ailments, hyperactivity and aggressive behavior.
Within the context of child psychiatry and its diagnostic evaluation, the problem at hand will be discussed in detail with the patient and his/her relatives.
Afterwards, an individual treatment plan will be made that always aims at ameliorating the quality of life and includes the child’s environment in the therapeutic process.
