Self-Help Group for Elderly People

Why a self-help group for elderly people?

The SFU university clinic offers a regular, German language self-help group for elderly people. The aim of this group is to create a safe place for the group members in which they can speak openly about their ups and downs in life, while being accompanied and supported by students of the Sigmund Freud University.

Possible aims of the self-help group participants could be: finding social support, joint development and the regular exchange of experiences in similar life situations.
