Psychological Outpatient Clinic

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and/or have cold or flu symptoms (cough, sore throat, fever, etc.) please do not come to the outpatient clinic.

New registrations and diagnostic clarifications require a pre-registration by phone (01 798 40 98 – 370) or by e-mail (psyambulanz@sfu.ac.at). For all ongoing telephone or online consultations, the principle is that these should be continued online. On-site treatment is still only possible in exceptional cases – we ask you to contact your treating psychologists in this regard.
During the emergency operation, our changed opening hours continue to apply! The changed opening hours are as follows: Mon-Fri: 09 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You can reach us by telephone from Mon. to Thu. between 9:00 and 19:00 and on Fr. between 9:00 and 13:00! E-mails will be processed as quickly as possible. If we are unable to take your call, please contact us by e-mail (psyambulanz@sfu.ac.at) and leave your name and telephone number so that we can call you back as soon as possible.

At the outpatient clinic, the prescribed protective measures apply, such as mandatory FFP2 masks and keeping the minimum distance of at least two metres.
